COOLBAUGH TWP., MONROE COUNTY- A 12-year-old boy died Saturday in the Poconos when the golf cart he was riding in flipped over.

It happened at 500 Gallagher Road in Coolbaugh Township. The boy was in the golf car with a friend when it flipped.

Emergency crews flew him to the hospital but he died of severe head injuries.
