BINGHAMTON, NEW YORK- 14 people have been killed in a shooting rampage at an immigration center in Binghamton.
It happened in the American Civic Association building in downtown Binghamton, just over the border from Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.

Authorities say the gunman has been found among the dead. They believe he killed himself.

More than 40 people were in the building when the gunman burst in and opened fire. Dozens were held hostage, hiding in a boiler room for more than 3 hours.

Four people were critically wounded, while 37 others were removed safely from the building, according to the Binghamton Police Chief.
