16 Drug Arrests in Wyoming County

16 Drug Arrests in Wyoming County - Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 11:05AM EST

TUNKHANNOCK, WYOMING COUNTY- Several police agencies are rounding up suspected drug dealers in Wyoming County. Investigators started first thing this morning looking for 16 street-level dealers.
Wyoming Co. D. A. George Skumanick said, "We have a wide variety ranging from marijuana to heroin even to some prescription narcotics."

Police are filing charges against the accused street level drug dealers at District Court Judge Carl Smith's office.

As of this 10:30 A. M., they had 15 of the 16 suspects in custody and were in the process of picking up the last one.
