FELL TWP., LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Two people died in a motorcycle accident early Sunday morning. The deadly crash happened after the pair left a concert at Toyota Pavilion.

Police say Joseph Warrick of Greenfield died as did his 24-year old passenger, Danielle Hess of Simpson.

The deadly motorcycle accident happened on Route 106 outside of Carbondale. Sunday afternoon friends came by to leave flowers at the spot where Warrick's motorcycle collided with an SUV. Emily Link of Greenfield said, “It was Joe. I had to come down here. Everyone loved him."

Link spent the night with Warrick at the Journey concert. "Next thing you know, everyone heard there was an accident, but we didn't want to think it was him. He’s Jo-Jo, my best friend's cousin, king of the lake," she added.

State Police say Warrick, riding his Harley, collided with an SUV driven by Albert Morgan of Carbondale. Morgan wasn't hurt. Link says Warrick wasn't wearing a helmet. "Just his bandana and sunglasses, cruising on his motorcycle. He loved that thing more than anything, and his personality, never forget that one," added Link.
