800 Pounds of Copper Swiped From PPL - Monday, April 27, 2009 at 5:39PM EST

Fairfield Township, Lycoming County-
State police are investigating a major theft in Lycoming County.

Troopers are trying to figure out who made off with about 800 pounds of copper last week.

The metal was stolen from a fenced-in area at the PPL service center near Montoursville.

So far we’re told there are no suspects.

Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call State Police at Montoursville.
