SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A night of honorsand thanks at Saint Mary's Center in Scranton.

The Saint Francis of Assisi Kitchen of Scranton is celebrating the conclusion of it 2008 Host for a Day Campaign with a night of celebration.

The fundraiser- seeks a contribution of $100dollars. This is the cost of providing a meal for 200 men, women and childrenwho visit the kitchen each day...

.Msgr. Constantine Siconolfi is the Executive Director of St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen he told WBRE-TV News "Weare celebrating the 30th anniversary of Saint Francis of Assisi kitchen, whichwas founded August 7th 1978 here in town, I remember when we first started, about 30 years ago... We had about 50 or 60 people present and no tonight wehave about 600 people here.
