The Luzerne County Courthouse will put back the nativity scene and menorah today along with several other decorations.
Mary Catherine Roper, attorney for the ACLU, said on the morning show that ACLU will not pursue any legal action if the other items are included.
Community Activist Gene Stilp also spoke on the morning show about why so many people were upset with the decision to remove the display
