WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Fire crews say the blaze at a home of a newlywed couple Monday morning was accidental.
Investigators say the fire on the 2300 block of Fairview Terrace in Williamsport, started in the mulch near the front porch and spread to the house.
Bryan and Danielle Schom, who were just married on Saturday, were home when the fire started.
They were able to get out when someone woke them up by banging on their door.
The Schoms rented the home and damages have been estimated at $25,000.
