WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- An Old Forge man accused of double murder in Luzerne County has been found guilty.

The jury handed down their decision against William Rohland, 46, late Thursday afternoon. Rohland was charged with the August 2006 shooting deaths of Kelli Fasulka and Joseph Hernandez. The murders happened inside Fasulka's Avoca home in what prosecutors say was a drug deal gone bad.

The same jury will now decide if Rohland will face the death penalty. That phase will start on Monday morning.
