LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, PIKE COUNTY- The third man wanted in connection with a Pike County murder back in August is in police custody in New York City.

Police arrested 18-year-old Marquis Keeys in the Bronx, New York Tuesday evening around 5:00.

Police say he confessed to his involvement in the murder of 46-year-old Barry Rose. Rose was killed in his Saw Creek Estates home in Lehman Township during the early morning hours of August 24th.

Keeys is the suspected gunman in the murder. 19-year-old Justin Culver and 18-year-old Cameron Harinarain are already heading to trial after their preliminary hearings.

Keeys is jailed in Manhattan and will be extradited back to Pike County.
