Animal Cruelty Case in Sullivan County - Monday, May 25, 2009 at 4:26PM EST

CHERRY TWP., SULLIVAN COUNTY- State police in Sullivan County are investigating a staggering case of animal cruelty.
Officers say someone dumped up to 20 dog carcasses in a field off Harrison Road in Cherry Township. The remains are estimated to be a year old.

Investigators say there's no way to determine a cause of death because the bodies are so old.
