SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- A Scranton teenager will soon be out of prison after pleading guilty to charges in connection with a gang murder.

Chance Vidal was sentenced this morning on burglary charges in Lackawanna County. Along with three other people, Vidal stole a gun from a state trooper's home in Peckville last year.

That gun was later used in the gang murder of Allen Fernandez. Vidal was sentenced to between seven months and five years in prison.

With the time he's already served behind bars, Vidal should be released within about two weeks.
