DALLAS BOROUGH, LUZERNE COUNTY- The owners of the popular Wilkes-Barre restaurant Arena Bar and Grill are branching out to the Back Mountain. They plan to launch the Metro Bar and Grill in the Twin Stacks Center on Route 415. The grand opening is Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 4 p. m. They have added high definition tv's, and a new sound system. There will be seating for 150 outside on the patio, and attractions like happy hours and live entertainment with local bands. | | |
