PLAINS TOWNSHIP , LUZERNE COUNTY- Police hope surveillance video will help solve an overnight armed robbery. It happened around 12:30 this morning at the Liberty Exxon gas station at Old East Mountain Road and Rt. 115. Surveillance video shows a man dressed in camouflage and armed with a shotgun demanding money. The robber fled into the nearby woods and no one was hurt. Police hope someone recognizes the robber or knows something about the holdup. Anyone with information should call Plains Township Police at 829-3432.
