LEWISBURG, UNION COUNTY & SELINSGROVE, SYNDER COUNTY- Central Pennsylvania colleges are looking closely at arming campus security officers after recent violence on campuses across the nation.
Bucknell University has reluctantly agreed to begin arming security officers. The board of trustees said it is a move to better protect students.
However, Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove says that, at least for now, their campus security officers will remain unarmed.
