POCONO TWP., MONROE COUNTY- Five years after a man was murdered with a meat cleaver police have made an arrest.

Kevin walker was hacked to death in Pocono Township in April of 2004. Police arrested 66-year-old Robert Giardini from Pocono Township.

Investigators say Giardini and wife, Ann, claimed Walker was an intruder in their home and they killed him in self defense.

Police say Walker was their drug dealer. Records show he called the Giardinis before he arrived at their home.

Ann Giardini would have been charged, but police say she died last month from complications from heroin use.
