LUZERNE COUNTY - Two men are behind bars and another still on the run after an alleged kidnapping in Hazleton .
Police arrested Ricardo Sanchez and Isaias Nunez for the crime.
Cops say they kidnapped Tomas Nieves Saturday.
He was found at a home in the 200 block of E. Hemlock St .
Investigators say a third man Fernando Torres is still on the run.
Police are also looking into a stabbing victim Feddry Correa, who was found at the home.
Cops believe the two incidents are related. | | |
