SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- A Schuylkill County man was sentenced for setting his mother's house on fire.

Franklin Moyer from Schuylkill Haven will spend one to three years in prison.

The most serious charges again him were dropped.

The fire occurred on Halloween in 2008.
