ASHLEY, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A Luzerne County methadone clinic is fighting to keep it's doors open.
The owner of Pennsylvania Care L. L.C. filed a federal suit to stop ashley borough from closing down its center. The lawsuit claims the borough is violating civil rights.
A zoning officer sent a cease and desist letter to the clinic saying it violated zoning laws. | | |
