EAST STROUDSBURG , MONROE COUNTY- This is a composite sketch of a man police are looking for who tried to carjack a driver's ed teacher and two students. It all happened on east Broad Street near Lackawanna Avenue in East Stroudsburg around 2am on September 10. Police say one student was driving when a man stepped in front of the car. He then walked to the driver's side and demanded the car. The teacher told the student to leave when the man reached for the steering column. The man then fled on foot. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1 . | | |
