EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY -- Police in the Poconos are investigating a bank robbery, and they believe it may be connected to a bank heist from last week.

A man walked into the Citizen's Bank on Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg around 2:30 Monday afternoon. He told tellers he had a gun and they handed over an unknown amount of money. He fled in a small sized silver vehicle towards Washington Street.

Police believe this robbery may be related to the Wachovia Bank robbery on December 9th. Anyone with information is asked to call the Stroud Area Regional Police Department.
