WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- A man wanted for a July murder in Williamsport is back in Lycoming county Monday night.
27 year-old Riccheem Barker turned himself in to detectives in Newark, New Jersey last month.
Tonight he was arraigned for the murder of Olletta Alford in Williamsport.
Police say barker shot Alford following an argument in an apartment building on Glenwood Avenue.
Alford leaves behind four children.
Barker is locked up at the lLycoming County jail. | | |
