BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY -- A middle school band teacher here is accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old boy. Brian Fish is charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors.
The victim told police Fish was sitting on his front porch and invited the boy to sit with him. He says Fish tried to put his hands down the boy's pants and kiss him. The boy says he eventually hit Fish in the back of the head and ran to his friend's house.
Fish tells police he was talking to the boy because he appeared troubled, but that the boy invited himself onto the porch. He says he gave the boy a hug, but he didn't touch his privates. | | |
