BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY- A teacher accused of inappropriately touching a teenage boy has resigned.

The superintendent in the Berwick Area School District says Brian Fish turned in his resignation Wednesday morning.

He was a music teacher at the Berwick Middle School for 15-years.

Fish says he touched the 14-year-old but it wasn't intentional.

He's charged with indecent assault and was previously suspended without pay.
