It happened in Lycoming County at a PennDOT stockpile on Route 14 in Trout Run. We found crews cleaning up that mess Tuesday morning. The truck barreled through a chain link fence. Investigators believe a fencepost punctured the trailer, causing the fuel to spill out. HAZMAT crews and D. E.P. officials spent hours on the scene working to clean up the contamination. | |
