STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY- A man accused of trying to have sex with teenagers was in court on Wednesday.

We were the only ones there as Jesse Dwayne Brown walked into court. Police said the 46-year old man from Binghamton, New York talked with Barrett Township Police officers online. He thought he was talking to a 14-year old girl. The conversations happened in June of 2007 and lasted through the fall.

Brown waived his right to a preliminary hearing and is now behind bars in Monroe County.
