WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A bishop from Sudan visited Wilkes-Barre Tuesday night.

Bishop Anthony Poggo of Kajo Keji, Sudan was at Saint Stephen's Episcopal Pro-Cathedral.
He updated the congregation on the situation in Sudan which is very tense.
He also talked about the progress being made by the Diocese of Bethlehem to build new schools and college in the region.
The congregation offered prayer for the people of Sudan as well.
