FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, BRADFORD COUNTY - State Police in Bradford County are urging women to be on alert after a bizarre assault in Franklin Township. It happened late Thursday night on Dodge Road, but investigators are just releasing details of what happened.
Troopers say a 38-year-old woman was walking down the road, when a man wearing a bandana jumped out of the bushes and put his arms around her mouth and neck.
The victim was able to run away and call police. She was not hurt. | | |
