Board Votes to Deny Brulo Her County Pension - Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 6:05PM EST

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A former Luzerne County employee who altered evidence is not getting her pension.
Sandy Brulo admitted she changed court records. That evidence could have been used in a civil lawsuit where she was named as a defendant.

Tuesday the Luzerne County Retirement Board unanimously voted to deny Sandra Brulo's pension request. Brulo is the former Deputy Director of Forensic Services for Juvenile Probation.

She is entitled to get back her contributions to the pension fund without interest.

Brulo hasn't been sentenced as of yet.
