LUZERNE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The borough of Luzerne has a plan for the future.

Tonight the borough unveiled its plans to upgrade and enhance the area..
The plans include new sidewalks, sprucing up buildings and giving the borough a overall renovation.
Right now only five percent of the store are empty, it wasn't very long ago that 95 percent were empty
Its called the 'vision plan" and many, including the Mayor Jim Keller say its a long time coming.
Federal and state and county funding is helping to pay for the new enhancements.
