SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY-I t was a night of fitness and competition in Scranton.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast P-A hosted the Junior N-B-S and W-N-B-A Challenges.
Kids ages 8 to 14 showed off their dribbling, passing and shooting skills.
The Boys and Girls club Athletic and Recreation director Llyod Blackwell told us its important to keep kids active. He added keeping them busy in the gym keeps youngsters away from video games.
Another program, the Dribble, Dish and Swish will take place on November 14th.
That is open to youngsters ages seven to 12.
