TOWNADA, BRADFORD COUNTY- A Bradford County woman convicted in the death of her mother is on her way to prison.

A jury convicted Josephine Parkhurst-Boice on aggravated and simple assault charges after they found she pushed her 70-year-old mother into a wall, causing her death.

Parkhurst-Boice says she suffered from vertigo and only bumped into her mother. Monday a judge sentenced her to four to ten years in state prison.
