Break-In at Wayne County Beer Shop - Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 9:57PM EST

CANAAN TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY - State Police in Wayne County are looking for the person or people who broke into a beer store on Saturday morning.

It happened at Waymart Beverage on the Roosevelt Highway in Canaan Township. Investigators say the bandit, or bandits, disabled the alarm system before getting in through the back door.

Cash, lottery tickets and cigarettes were taken.

Anyone with information on the break-in should call State Police in Honesdale.
