Volunteer service continued Tuesday in memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Students from Bucknell University spent the day painting the walls at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village.

It's part of the school's second annual Day of Sharing.

Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village administrative assistant Charlene Fisher said, “It’s wonderful. For them to give up a day of their own life to come in and help and make things better for our residents, it makes us feel good.”

Hundreds of students did thousands of hours of community service throughout the Susquehanna Valley over the last two days.
