SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Cuts are being planned at one agency because of Pennsylvanna's budget impasse.

They're at Telespond Senior Services in Scranton. The organization helps older adults.

As of Monday, they're cutting back days of service at the Abington Senior Center. It will now offer services only three days a week.

Outreach programs will be halted. There will be no more transportation for the physically disabled. And they'll slash staff work schedules.

More cuts are planned if the budget isn't passed by September 14th.
