FRACKVILLE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY -- Money problems are plaguing a Schuylkill County borough, and it could mean a community pool might have to close.

Frackville is facing serious budget gaps and can't come-up with the $43,000 needed to operate their community pool.

Several residents said they are willing to donate some cash for the cause, but officials say without more help they just cant afford to open-up.

For now the pool remains closed. However maintenance crews are still doing work to get it ready if they should get the funding.
