PITTSTON TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- Pittston Township police need your help in catching two thieves.
They gave us surveillance video of the Pittston By Pass Self Serve Car Wash on Winter Street.
They say two men staked out the place and then returned after two a-m.
They used a crow bar to break into the change machine.
