Williamsport, Lycoming County-

A Williamsport man is forced to move after a fire Friday morning. It started just after 9AM in an apartment 1524 Memorial Avenue.

Investigators believe it may have been caused by a smoldering cigarette left outside.

The man is moving to an apartment in the rear of the building. He will stay there until his unit can be repaired.

An upstairs apartment at the same address caught fire earlier this year.
