MIDDLE SMITHFIELD, TWP., MONROE COUNTY- It was less than 24 hours ago when last night's storms hit the Poconos hard.
We brought video back today from a carnival In Middle Smithfield Township.

Rides, food trailers and trucks were all under about three feet of water.
Crews were still pumping out water late this afternoon.
Organizers hope to have everything dried out and back in business by Saturday.

This is the second straight day the carnival got hit hard by rain and flood water.
