SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The stars were coming out in Lackawanna County Thursday. Producers held an open casting call at the Hilton in Scranton for a feature film called "Blue Valentine."
It stars Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams. Crews will begin shooting in and around Honesdale this spring.

Hollywood hopefuls lined up looking for their shot at fame. Samantha Dillow of Tobyhanna said, “You always think you have to go to the city, NYC to get into something like this and just to have it so close and easy to find is definitely a benefit."

Patrick Yurista added, "I'm always wanting to pursue different things and I'm hoping this might jump start something in acting or entertainment."

Another audition will be held Monday, April 13th, at the Wayne County Visitor’s Center.
