STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY - It appears a prominent accountant and youth soccer coach was "caught with his pants down." A judge decided there is enough evidence to send the case against Todd Bushta to trail.

Police say the 40 year old exposed himself and performed a lewd act in front of at least one woman. When Michael Reardon of Stroudsburg heard about it he reacted, "It's disgusting. It's revolting."

The woman told police she parked next to Bushta at the Stroudsburg PNC bank on October 1. She claims he yelled to her and when she looked into his car, his zipper was down and he was touching himself. Elizabeth Yanoski of Albrightsville said, "Whoever that happened to it's gonna creep them out probably for the rest of their life."

The woman told police Bushta didn't just yell at her. She claimed he also yelled toward three other women walking nearby. So far police have only talked to one woman who said she saw the crime. She explained her story during a preliminary hearing Monday.

A police officer also testified. He said Bushta was drunk at the time of the incident with a blood alcohol content at least twice the legal limit. Reardon said, "It's disgusting and I think this man should be locked up."

Bushta is well known in Monroe County. He has audited many public agencies. Yanoski said, "It doesn't necessarily mean because you have a high profile job that you can't be sick or perverted."

He also coached kids in the Stroudsburg United Soccer Club. Yanoski reacted, "That's terrible. I don't think he belongs around kids."

Bustha's attorney Jim Swetz told Eyewitness news the story just isn't true. He said the truth will come out in court.

Bushta is out on bail and suspended from his soccer duties. Detectives say they're looking for anyone else who may have seen the incident. If you have information call police right away.
