NANTICOKE, LUZERNE COUNTY - Firefighters in Luzerne County are still looking for the cause of a Friday night house fire in Luzerne County.

The blaze broke out just before 11:00 PM on East Field Street in Nanticoke. Investigators say the home was in the process of being remodeled and no one was home at the time of the fire. First responders say the smoke could be seen from several streets away and they made quick work of the blaze.

A State Police fire marshall is expected to help look for the cause of the Friday night fire in Nanticoke.
