WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Actor and Pittsburgh native Michael Keaton will accept a distinguished arts award in Billtown.

It's all part of the Governor's Art Awards this week. Hundreds of visitors from across the state are taking in a number of exhibits, including fine art and music.

The annual festival runs through Sunday.
