LOCK HAVEN, CLINTON COUNTY -- Three men are facing charges for their part in a $2 million drug ring.
Attorney General Tom Corbett announced the arrests in Lock Haven Thursday afternoon. This is the conclusion of an investigation called Operation Flat Tire. It focused on cocaine and heroin trafficking in Clinton, Lycoming and Centre Counties.
31-year-old Matthew Anderson of Mill Hall and 27-year-old Kalen Shaffer of Jersey Shore are locked up in Centre County prison. 32-year-old Michael Marshall of Florida has not been picked up yet.
The first phase of operation flat tire ended in January 2007. 15 people were arrested then and later convicted.
