LUZERNE COUNTY - A Luzerne County District Magistrate is cleared of all allegations of improper conduct..
Itinvolves Magistrate Donald Whitaker his office is located inside the Nanticoke Municipal Building .
These picture taken last January at a hearing before the court of Judicial Discipline of Pennsylvania based in Harrisburg .
A female employee of Wyoming Valley Sanitary authority and who works in that same building filed a complaint saying that Whitakermade crude and offensive remarks about women. He was also accused of bringing disrespect to his office and violating ethics by working part-time as a firemanin New Port Township .
The board ruled that all of the charges were not proven and that the woman making the complaint, was evasive and not tellingthe truth.
The bottom line: Magistrate Don Whitaker was cleared of all allegations. | | |
