SHENANDOAH, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- Charges have been dropped against two people accused of kidnapping and torture. Eyewitness News was the only station in Shenandoah when Elizabeth Iacobucci arrived for her preliminary hearing.
Iacobucci was charged for attacking a 21-year-old man in her home last month. Those charges were dropped Wednesday because the alleged victim didn't show.
Charges were also dropped against Michael Bubnis. He was accused of lying to police in connection with the case.
Shenandoah police are still looking for three other suspects.
