var images = new Array(); BUTLER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY - Charges are being filed in connection with a fatal accident in Luzerne County.
87-year old Evelyn Pastina of Mountain Top was killed July 16th.
The car she was riding in collided with an APTS wheelchair van on Route 309 in Butler Township.

The driver of the van, 26-year-old Autumn Norwood of McAdoo, is being charged with careless driving resulting in an unintentional death and other counts. | | |
