Middleburg, Snyder County-

In Snyder County, a man accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl was sentenced today.

As part of a plea agreement, 56-year-old Lee Harvey Long, of Penn's Creek, will spend three to 23 months in jail, and pay a $5,000 fine.

He was also ordered not to have any unsupervised contact with girls under the age of 18.

Long will begin serving his sentence at the Snyder County Prison on November 25th.
