WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Organ music filled a Wilkes-Barre church Sunday afternoon to help the Haiti earthquake relief effort.

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church on South Franklin Street hosted an organ recital. It's the idea of Bethlehem Diocese Canon Mark Laubach, who put on the free-will offering recital.

"I hope that out of something so tragic that's going on in Haiti that if we can sit here in the lap of comfort and luxury and enjoy beautiful music, it's a great thing," he said.

The recital raised more than $2,300. The money goes to the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund earmarked for Haiti earthquake relief.
