Ex-judge Mark Ciavarella appeared in court again Friday morning.
He showed up for a scheduling conference and told us he had "no comment".
Families have filed suits against him and co-defendant ex-Judge Michael Conahan in connection to the alleged kids for cash scheme
Two dozen attorneys representing the hundreds of juveniles were there as well..
Ciavarella and Conahan pleaded guilty to the scheme.
They'll be jailed for more than 7 years.
